The Homegrown Music Festival is setting up camp on the waterfront in preparation for the big day on Saturday. This meant a change of course to get around the bits that are now closed off.
Tonight it was youth that prevailed with the men's fastest time going to Rueben Goldingham-Newson in a time of 16.43, which for his 2nd ever start on this course is a PB by over a minute. Hannah Viner was unchallenged to pick up the fastest female time of 17.28. Vinner who is on a backpacking holiday around New Zealand hails from the prestigious Highgate Harrier club in London.
