So after a break of 4 and a bit years Karl Woodhead decides to show up again. Now this could be because he made a new years resolution to become the fittest man in the P Team or because he is seriously thinking about doing the Rotorua Marathon again this year. Fastest times went to Stephen Day and Andrew Wharton who were both clocked at 16.09, a PB for Wharton. Racing stalwart Grant McLean was third in a time of 17.18 with Irishman Donal Hanratty close by in fourth in a time of 17.24. If my research is correct Hanratty is the founder of the 5K Road Rás UCD (University College Dublin Race a charity event with proceeds going to UCD Volunteers Overseas.
